what a great blog Susan. I am a little bit familiar with your part of the country and it certainly has some great painting possibilities. I even illustrated a guidebook on Mesa Verde a long time back. Have family in the Farmington area. This painting is just great. Keep working on those odd sizes. They make for really interesting portrayals.
