Next Friday is the opening for the PAAC (Plein Air Artists of Colorado) show at Saks Galleries in Denver. There are many incredibly talented artists in this show and it is really worth a look. I was humbled and honored to be juried in this year with two of my paintings, "First Snow" and "Scattered Show Showers" (below). Although I can't make it for the opening, I do hope to be there over the 4th of July weekend. The show is only up for a short time so if you are in the area, please come by and see the show. We'd love to see you there!

Congratulations, Susan! Both are wonderful paintings. No way I'll be able to make it up to Denver, but best of luck at the show; I'd love to see it if I could.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sonya! I'm hoping to go over to Durango today to pick up some things and see your show. I got delayed, flight wise earlier, and couldn't make it before.
ReplyDeleteThe wildlife show at the Goodnight Trail is going on this Friday also. It is in conjunction with "Grand Summer Nights" celebration in Mancos. If you guys are in the neighborhood stop in and see the show. It would be great to see you.
Thanks for letting me know about the wildlife show at Veryl's gallery - can you tell me what time the reception is? I'd love to check it out and meet you finally :).
