This painting was done late in the fall season for the aspen trees.  The lovely carpet of leaves covering the ground and more leaves falling from the trees were what entranced me in this scene.

These next six paintings are with the Sedona Plein Air Festival "Year of the Woman" 2020.  This first one "Aspen Fall" won an award of merit.  They are all available through the link.
